1) Who We Are

FastCashDC is a brand operated by JVN Real Estate LLC. The Services are designed for real estate agents and real estate investors and may include educational content, calculators, templates, resources, and related tools.

Important: We do not provide lending services, do not make credit decisions, and do not offer loans.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting forms or contacting us.

3) What the Services Provide

The Services may include:

• informational content, guides, and resources

• real estate calculators and tools

• templates, checklists, and educational materials

• inquiry forms and support communications

• product updates, announcements, and feature access (web or app)

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.

4) No Professional Advice

The Services are provided for general informational purposes and convenience and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice.

Real estate decisions involve risk. You are responsible for verifying information and consulting qualified professionals before acting.

5) User Submissions

If you submit information through forms, email, phone, or in-app chat (“Submissions”), you represent that:

• you have the right to submit it

• it is accurate to the best of your knowledge

• it does not violate any law or third-party rights

You grant us permission to use your Submissions to operate the Services, respond to your request, provide support, and improve the Services.

6) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• misuse the Services or attempt to disrupt or hack the Site/apps

• scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or bypass security

• upload malware or harmful code

• use the Services to violate laws or third-party rights

• submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms.

7) Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may include links to third-party websites or tools. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8) App Stores, Platform Rules, and Device Permissions

If you access the Services through a mobile app, your use may also be subject to:

• Apple App Store terms and related Apple policies (for iOS apps)

• Google Play Terms of Service and related Google policies (for Android apps)

You agree to comply with all applicable platform rules and policies. Device permissions (camera, photos, notifications, etc.) are controlled by your device settings and permission prompts.

9) Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds (If Applicable)

Some features may require payment, subscription, or in-app purchases.

A) Billing Through Apple or Google

If you purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

• Payments are processed by Apple or Google (not directly by us).

• Subscription management (cancel, renew, billing) must be handled in your Apple/Google account settings.

• Refunds follow Apple’s or Google’s refund rules and eligibility.

B) Direct Website Payments (If Applicable)

If we offer direct payments on the Site, checkout terms will be shown at purchase, including pricing, renewal (if applicable), and cancellation instructions. 

10) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site/apps—including text, logos, designs, and software—is owned by or licensed to JVN Real Estate LLC and protected by applicable laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without written permission.

11) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JVN REAL ESTATE LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS (WHICHEVER IS GREATER), UNLESS REQUIRED BY LAW.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JVN Real Estate LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if:

• you violate these Terms

• we suspect fraud or misuse

• we discontinue the Services

15) Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy

16) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, unless a different process is required by applicable law.

17) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
